The Chambers ranked litigation team is looking for a Commercial Litigation Solicitor NQ - 2 years PQE. The team itself is small but highly effective and so this is a fantastic opportunity for a junior lawyer to join a supportive team with an electric atmosphere.
You would be allocated your own case load of smaller disputes to start but will be assisting on high value matters. Your case load will include a wide array of disputes including reputation management, data protection and privacy, insolvency and debt, commercial. Shareholder/director/partnership and more.
To be considered you will need a strong grasp of Contract Law, experience within Commercial litigation. Experience with the High Court CE filing system would be desirable.
