Housing Litigation Lawyer
Are you a housing lawyer looking for a locum role and new Housing Litigation opportunity?
Sellick Partnership are delighted to be working with a well-regarded London Borough Council to assist them in finding a locum Housing Litigation Lawyer to join their dynamic team.
If successful, you will be working mainly from home, attending the office once a week, but this may be flexible depending on where you live. The role will pay £30-£35 per hour for a period of 3 months+.
The successful applicant will ideally have public sector housing experience which will be beneficial in their role.
The role of the Housing Litigation Lawyer will include, but is not limited to:
- Possession claims (secure and temporary accommodation)
- Injunctions for ASB and access
- Disrepair claims
- Rent arears
