Housing Litigation Lawyer required to join a Housing Association based in London on a locum basis. The assignment is initially 3 months and will be extended into a rolling contract.

As a Housing and Litigation Lawyer, you will be managing a range of housing matters which will include:

  • General Housing Litigation
  • Anti-social behaviour
  • Possession claims
  • Injunctions
  • Disrepair
  • Tenancy Fraud
  • Service charge disputes

This role would suit a Housing Lawyer who is flexible enough to deal with different types of housing litigation and is able to prioritise tasks and workloads. The ideal Housing Lawyer will have excellent IT skills.

Previous experience of working for a housing association would be desirable for this role, although not essential provided that a good knowledge of relevant housing law within the field is held. The successful housing litigation lawyer will join a friendly and supportive team. The role will entail office attendance 2 days per week so this position would suit someone who can commute to South London.

If you believe you have the necessary skills and experience for the Housing Lawyer role, please apply now by sending an up to date CV to Rayhaneh Tehrani at. We will be reviewing CVs on a weekly basis and shortlisted candidates will be contacted before the closing date.
