The Role
4+ PQE Procurement Associate in Band 1 Chambers-ranked, Top 50 Bristol firm.
A team of 20, the Procurement team is one of the UK's largest dedicated units, with internal talent distributed across Projects, Litigation, Construction and Property - truly a full-service offering.
With the Public arena being a core sector, the team sit on panel for central and regional government, along with wider public bodies, utilities and bidders. Known for getting the job done, their record is securing compliant awards, whilst assessing risk and best interest is second-to-none.
Within the Tier 1 Projects team, your focus will be on applied procurement whilst being active in broader areas. Under the leadership of a key industry player, you'll aid in developing juniors, engage with longstanding clients and be on the right side of a growing team.
The Requirements
- 4+ PQE in Procurement, experience in development projects being a plus. No PQE ceiling in place for applicants
- The ability to think creatively in response to problems with a fast-paced dynamic
- Ambition and drive in terms of increasing expertise and career progression
- Confidence in liaising with clients and nurturing existing partnerships
