Residential Conveyancer - Locum, 2+ PQE, Buckinghamshire. This highly regarded law firm are seeking the support of an ambitious Residential Conveyancer to join their property team to provide on-going support, you will be able to commence to the role immediately.

HOURLY RATE: £35 - £40 (£DOE)
THE ROLE:
An exciting new opportunity has become available for a qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Legal Executive with upwards of 2 years’ experience in Residential Conveyancing. The appointed Residential Conveyancer will be able to handle their own varied caseload of matters including but not limited to, sales, re-mortgages, freehold and lease hold work, and new plot purchases. You will be providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all aspects of residential conveyancing. The successful candidate will work from the client’s office in Buckinghamshire, on-site parking will be provided.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from Residential Conveyancers who will have a self-starting approach to tasks and projects, with the ability to work on your own initiative. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work under minimal supervision, good organisational and communication skills are essential to be successful in this role.
