Legal Counsel - Home Working / £55,000 - £70,000
A leading Plc specialising in business outsourcing for both the private and public sectors are is looking to hire a highly competent legal counsel to join their shared services legal team.
You will be a confident negotiator who enjoys interacting with key internal stakeholders from procurement teams to commercial and IT. Central to the role is the review, negotiation and drafting of complex, bespoke commercial contracts, managing deals from the public sector (supplier side).
It would be an advantage if you have technology (IT and Networks) experience either customer and supplier contracts.
This exciting opportunity would suit a fully qualified solicitor with at least 4 years' PQE.
It is fully home working with the occasional requirement to be in one of their many offices.
