Law & Lifestyle:

If you want a career without limits and the freedom of being self-employed, then we may be your next move. We actively seek Solicitors and Lawyers who want to advance their careers but who also want to achieve that highly sought-after work-life balance.

As a Consultant you decide when you start and finish work each day and you can avoid unnecessary management meetings to maximise your billable hours. You can swing the financial pendulum in your favour; benefit financially from maximising the hours you work or work fewer hours but take home a similar salary to the average employed Solicitor.

If you are experienced and want to work for an established national firm while benefiting financially and enjoying a flexible lifestyle, then joining Taylor Rose MW as a Consultant is your ideal career move.

The Consultants Programme:

The Programme has over 600 self-employed legal professionals and growing fast. The Concierge team is a specialised Consultant liaison team to manage your operational association with the company to ensure seamless integration. We will ensure that holiday cover is arranged via our ‘buddy’ system. In addition, you will have access to other business functions such as IT support and Marketing.

Through taking away the business administration associated with being self-employed the programme lets you focus your energy on servicing clients. This helps you maximise client care and billing through delivering a personal service as part of a professional and well-positioned firm.

Requirements for the Consultant Programme:

Our requirements for joining us on a Consultant basis are that the work must be done by a qualified Solicitor or licensed Conveyancer; with a minimum of 2 years PQE+ and 4 years fee earning experience or someone with 10 years of expertise in Residential Conveyancing with 5 years fee earning experience.

We recommend the Consultant has a strong following of clients or at least the confidence in attaining new ones. However, with the help of our dedicated team and networking events for Consultants, we encourage cross-referrals between Consultants and their colleagues.
