The Role:

  • This is a standout opportunity for a Restructuring & Insolvency Associate to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
  • The Legal 500 ranked Insolvency team are widely regarded for their expertise in complex litigation for a wealth of insolvent companies, private equity providers, shareholders, investors and directors
  • As such, you will have a diverse caseload covering all aspects of insolvency litigation, including bankruptcy & liquidation litigation, negligence claims, defending director disqualification proceedings, and administrations
  • As an experienced solicitor, you will also have the opportunity to supervise the junior members of the team and get involved in business development

The Ideal Candidate:

  • A Restructuring & Insolvency Solicitor with 2 to 7 years PQE
  • Experience in Insolvency/Commercial Litigation
  • Well-organised and proactive
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good written and oral communication skills
