This large Devon-based full-service law practice is looking for an agricultural property lawyer to join the team in Chard.
You will be part of a large and successful team which advises the agricultural and farming community on all its legal needs. Your specialism within this team will be advising on rural property work, including sales, purchases, refinancing, dealing with transfers for development, succession transfers and agricultural tenancies.
Any exposure to private client law would be an advantage, but not essential.
As the ideal candidate for this agricultural role, you will be a commercial property lawyer with a background in rural property affairs and a desire to continue to develop this specialism further. However, agricultural experience is not essential.
Junior- to mid-level solicitors and legal executives are encouraged to apply. Recently qualified lawyers with relevant property and/or agricultural experience are welcomed.
Join this supportive, family friendly team and work together to continually build on the already very strong reputation of the firm.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
