Real Estate Finance Senior Associate

We are currently working with a top 20 London Law firm who are seeking a Solicitor to focus on real estate finance with a minimum of 5-years PQE to join their exciting banking and finance division in their London office. 

They are an international firm with 13 offices around the globe and have had a huge successive growth over the last nine years with turnover rise this year from £285.3 million to £320.5 million.

The Role

• Working in a close-knit team, you will be working on a range of high-value real estate finance matters, including development finance and investment finance.
• The team operate across a diverse sector base for clients in the UK and internationally and attract an impressive level of work that stands them apart in the region.
• You can expect significant involvement in client relationships and the support to grow your profile in the region.

Experience Required

• The firm will want someone with extensive REF experience on the Lenders side
• You will be a qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years PQE
• Ideally coming from a leading international or reputable national law firm
• Be a commercially astute individual with a passion for business development
• Able to work in a collaborative environment whilst taking your own initiative
