The Team
- The insurance division consists of circa 40 lawyers who focus on both contentious and non-contentious financial services work
- Insurance sits at the heart of their financial services practice, with many of the Firm's top clients last year coming from the Insurance sector

The Role
-The work will be a mixture of general insurance coverage, commercial disputes (acting for both insurers and policyholders), contentious regulatory matters involving the FCA and other regulatory bodies and commercial litigation for financial services firms
- Providing coverage advice and analysis on a variety of policy wordings including D&O, PTL, Crime, Property/BI, Professional indemnity, Construction, W&I, Cyber Liability and Employer's liability

You
- You'll have between 2-8 years post qualification experience
- You will have solid experience of contentious commercial insurance
- Ideally you'll also have experience dealing with regulatory matters
