A litigation solicitor role has arisen at a fantastic form based in Tamworth! The role offers the ability to work on a diverse caseload of matters though if you had property litigation experience this would be advantageous. The client offers flexibility for this to be full or part-time and can offer a hybrid role in terms of office/homeworking along with free onsite parking (outside of the centre).
This is a great opportunity for a litigation solicitor to slot into a small but thriving department. Our client is looking for a candidate who can hit the ground running on a diverse range of litigation matters to include professional negligence, contentious probate, debt recovery although there is a fair amount of property litigation involved within the caseload.
The firm is looking for a solicitor or legal executive with at least 4 years’ experience running their own caseload of matters. The team offers support by way of a legal secretary and can offer flexibility to work from home as part of the week.
