**Residential Property Locum Required**
Dates - 5th September til 9th September 2022.
Our client, a leading Tamworth-based law firm with offices in Tamworth, Shirley and Henley-in-Arden require a qualified Solicitor who specialises in all areas of conveyancing other than New Build. This role has arisen due to a member of the team being away on annual leave. This role could leave to future/regular holiday cover bookings for a high performing individual.
The ideal Residential Property Solicitor will have gained a minimum of 3 years of experience. The role is office based and you will be dealing with all matters of Conveyancing such as the sale and purchase (leasehold and freeholds), transfer of equity and re-mortgages. You will be expected to speak with clients, agents and other solicitors.
There is secretarial support available, as well as parking available.
