Senior Commercial Solicitor – (Working from home) - £50,000 - £60,000
Are you an experienced Commercial Solicitor who is looking for a new challenge in their career? Or are you feeling undervalued at your current law firm and are looking for firm that will champion career progression?
An exciting opportunity has arisen where you will be able to work 100% remotely from home with the technology all provided. Attending the Dorset based office once every 3-4 weeks.
This forward thinking Legal 500 law firm based in the Bournemouth area, Dorset have a proven track record for success and are looking for a senior level Solicitor (5+ PQE) for their Commercial & Technology team in this key placement. They have an ambitious strategy and a strong management team in an exciting growth stage.
My client will consider either Associate/Senior Associate level with the fast track to Partnership.
You will be handling a quality caseload including drafting/reviewing/negotiating a range of commercial agreements, Terms and Conditions, General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), IT, software licensing, and outsourcing agreements. Experience in intellectual property is also desired.
Your role as a Commercial Solicitor will involve:
• Clear career progression from the outset to work towards Partnership.
• Exposure to a wide range of HNW clients.
• Being active in business development in gaining new clients and grow your own caseload.
