Highly ranked top national firm is seeking an Associate or Senior Associate to join them in their Milton Keynes office.

The Opportunity:

The corporate team operates from 12 major UK locations, providing advice and guidance on:

* mergers and acquisitions
* disposals
* fundraising
* private equity
* equity capital markets
* due diligence
* joint ventures
* shareholder arrangements
* reorganisations and de-mergers
* corporate structures
* governance

The Candidate:

* 3-5PQE experience
* you will need solid corporate experience, specifically M & A / Private Equity
* they are seeking an ambitious, proactive individual who has a strong work ethic with a desire to be a strong team player
