Defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate
Recognized by the Legal 500 and their outstanding defendant Clinical Negligence department, this is an excellent and quite rare opportunity for a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to join a well-regarded Defendant Clinical Negligence team in their Hampshire office.
My client offers flexible hybrid working to suit you, so you can mix your time within the office and remotely from home.
You'll be acting on behalf of the NHSLA, Medical Defence Union, NHS trusts, as well as private hospitals and you will be responsible for handling a varied and diverse caseload of defendant Clinical Negligence files, from initial interview right through to completion of the matter, alongside assisting the senior team on cases of real complexity.
You will be a qualified Solicitor (NQ-6 years PQE).
Full time or Part time will be considered.
Although this is a defendant Clinical Negligence Solicitor/Associate role, defendant experience is desirable however if you are from a Claimant background, you will be given equal consideration and are actively encouraged to apply.
