Brilliant opportunity for a junior corporate solicitor to join this elite international firm to support the corporate partners on a range of corporate transactions and advisory work.

The firm is looking for an ambitious Corporate Solicitor join its award winning corporate team in Dublin with a focus on cross border work.

The Role:
* Working across a wide variety of sectors including real estate, energy, transport and infrastructure, financial services, insurance and TMT
* As a corporate associate you will work alongside the members of the other Dublin teams and also with colleagues in London and throughout the firm globally
* Handling and collaborating on a range of specialisms including:
- Mergers & Acquisitions
- Banking and Finance
- Private Equity

The Candidate:
* Corporate Solicitor with experience gained at a Top or Mid Tier firm with up to 5 years PQE
* Desire to get involved with business development
* Excellent academics
* Trained with a reputable firm
