Probate Solicitor required for a leading UK Legal Services firm in Manchester

Your new company
This is a large UK based, household name legal services firm. The company are looking to recruit for a probate lawyer in their Manchester office at NQ to 2+ PQE,. The company operate across a range of legal areas and are well known for providing sound advice and support to both individuals and businesses.

Your new role
As a probate solicitor, you will be required to handle a range of probate cases independently whilst working with colleagues on larger projects. Typical responsibilities will include:

• Own caseload of probate cases varying in complexity end to end, using a case management system
• Use our case management system to make sure information is recorded accurately
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email
• Work collaboratively with expert support from the team to continually develop your legal skills, administrative support will also be provided at certain case levels
• Use your legal knowledge to mentor more junior members of the team

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be considered for this position, it is essential that you are either newly qualifying or have gained two years post qualifying experience dealing with probate law matters. Ideally, this will be from a reputable UK firm, although the role can be flexible on the right individual.
