BCL Legal is proud to exclusively assist this Top 50 national practice in its search for a senior Commercial Litigation & Restructuring Solicitor/Associate to join this high performing Birmingham team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a senior level Commercial Litigation & Restructuring Solicitor/Associate to join an long-standing commercial litigation offering. You will have the opportunity to work with a range of successful and influential businesses in the UK and internationally. The work already in place will cover a range of commercial disputes, including commercial and contracts litigation, corporate disputes and professional negligence.

In addition to working in a thriving team you will get the opportunity to get involved in the strategic running of this team, managing junior solicitors and business development. This is an chance for the successful individual to make their mark on the Birmingham market with the backing of a national heavyweight.

You will be between NQ-5PQE and have previous experience of dispute resolution work and a good grounding and interest in litigation and its processes to handle commercial litigation matters and deal with high end clients and individuals. You will need to be passionate and enthusiastic.
