Residential Property Solicitor - Our clients, a niche property practice based in South West London are now looking to recruit a further senior Residential Property Solicitor to join their team.
About the Role
Due to the location this firm handles a wide range of HNW property transactions. You will manage a large caseload of residential matters, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, re-mortgaging, right to buy, and transfer of equity, some of which will be complex. Ideally some previous work on leasehold enfranchisement / licenses to alter etc, would be useful.
Candidate Requirements
They are interested in talking to energetic and keen individuals with at least 5 years experience of handling a varied caseload and who are looking to progress their career.
