This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced First Response Advisor to join a rapidly growing Merseyside Personal Injury firm as a Team Leader. Offering a highly competitive salary of up to £22,000, along with fantastic opportunities for career progression and to gain managerial experience, this role is perfect for candidates with at least 1 years' experience as a First Response Advisor.

This role will see you responsible for:

• Overseeing a team of First Response Advisors and ensuring that necessary information is accurately stored
• Driving sales and taking responsibility for the team's performance, including ensuring that they are meeting KPIs
• Deal with a number of tasks including auditing calls and cases and conducting regular 1 to 1 meetings with team members
• Work with other Managers to allocate work, schedules and rotas, as well as ensuring that holiday and sick leave is dealt with

Ideally, you will be an experienced First Response Unit Advisor with at least 1 years' experience working in this area. It will be an advantage, although it is not essential, to have some form of people management experience, and you will be able to use initiative to ensure that the team is working to the best of their ability. The role will see you working on an irregular shift pattern, being 3 weekdays and the weekend from 12:00pm to 8:30pm, meaning a willingness to work these hours is essential.
