We have been instructed by one of our close clients, they’re a highly ranked legal 500 International law firm who’re on a high recruitment drive.
They’re a pragmatic and commercial focused law firm who have a renowned Real Estate team for developing long-lasting relationships with some of London’s most prestigious businesses.

The Team:

  • The team attract some of the best talent in the market whilst keeping a keen eye on personality and team fit as this is crucial to their values. 
  • They have an incredible global reach, advising; major property companies, institutional investors, banks, hotel groups, public sector organisations, corporate occupiers etc.
  • The team is also highly active in brownfield/greenfield development projects and regeneration schemes.
  • The core team is supported by practitioners in related disciplines, notably funds, finance and commercial litigation.

The Role:

  • You will have a diverse caseload, including acquisitions & disposals, property investment & development projects, sale & leaseback work and real estate aspects of restructuring and M&As
  • You will work with a variety of clients such as institutional investors, major national retailers, banks and public sector bodies

Requirements:

  • Ideally be 3-6 PQE but if you fall just outside this bracket your application might be considered.
  • Have strong business development skills, and a portable practice (low threshold)
  • Comfortable leading, motivating and supporting junior lawyers
  • Have a commercial mindset and desire to get involved in strategic decision making
  • Comfortable building relationships in a client-facing role
  • Have had exposure to a broad range of property work, including one or more of the following - acquisitions & disposals, developments, asset management
  • Have a good academic track record
