An award winning regional firm is seeking an experienced Solicitor to expand its highly regarded Commercial Property team. This role is offered full time (or part time) on a permanent basis, with agile working options available.

THE OPPORTUNITY

This is a unique opportunity to join an award winning team who are well respected experts in their field.

- Service a varied workload involving landlord and tenant, sale and purchases, property finance and assisting on development projects as well as corporate support.
- Work closely with clients ranging from owner managed businesses, property investors, developers and sports organisations
- Work across a range of property types including office, industrial, retail, residential development and agricultural properties
- Manage your own caseload with supervision, with plentiful opportunities to delve into challenging work.

THE CANDIDATE

- 2-3 PQE with a solid grounding in Commercial Property matters
- Self-motivated, driven, socially adept and able to contribute effectively to marketing and networking activities
- Looking for the opportunity to develop their skills within a supportive and rewarding environment
