Commercial Property Solicitor / Associate - This is a newly-established commercial real estate team in Manchester of a leading international firm. They are looking for two ambitious Associates at NQ level to join to support the more experienced lawyers within the team.

A number of factors make these opportunities unique. Not least the fact it was only recently established and, as such, offers a real chance to grow with the department as it expands. Furthermore, there is a real entrepreneurial feeling about the team. Though the Manchester offering is part of a far larger operation, the culture and spirit of the team is that of a specialist, boutique practice. • Salary: to £55,000
• Working pattern: Hybrid

• Previous Experience: Role involves everything from landlord and tenant work to acquisitions / disposals and 'big-ticket' development work. The client is looking broadly and is keen to hear from lawyers who want exposure to a broad range of work. Clients include major PLCs and 'blue chip' companies.
