The Role:

• This is an enriching opportunity for a Commercial Property Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Newcastle, with hybrid working in place
• The Commercial Property department is known as one of the firm's busiest & strongest departments, with an ever-growing client base of national & local developers, investors, property lenders, and public & third sector organisations
• As such, you will manage a diverse caseload covering a full range of commercial property services, including development and regeneration, investment and asset management, property finance, and landlord and tenant work
• As a Partner, you will have the opportunity to lead the team and drive the development of the department, providing training and support to the junior members and getting involved in the strategic management of the firm

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Commercial Property Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
• Both Partners and Senior Solicitors/Associates looking for a step up will be considered
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
