The Role:

• This is a standout opportunity for a Corporate Partner to join the firm's vibrant office in Darlington, with hybrid working in place
• You will join an award-winning corporate department, widely recognised for providing top-notch advice for a range of large, well-known businesses, private companies and entrepreneurs
• To align with this, you will manage a diverse caseload covering a full range of corporate services, including mergers & acquisitions, management buyouts, private equity & venture capital, succession planning, corporate reorganisations & restructuring, corporate governance and joint ventures
• As a Partner, you will also have the opportunity to lead the team and drive the development of the department, providing training and support to the junior members and getting involved in the strategic management of the firm

The Ideal Candidate:

• A well-established Corporate Solicitor with a minimum of 7 years PQE
• Both Partners and Senior Solicitors/Associates looking for a step up will be considered
• Strong business development capabilities
• First-class communication and an entrepreneurial flair
