• Your role will be to work closely with the other fee earners in the team handling a broad spectrum of complex commercial disputes work including commercial litigation, contentious insolvency, ABL, invoice finance disputes, commercial debt recovery and property litigation

The ideal candidate

• You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor (likely NQ, or approaching qualification up to 3yrs PQE)
• Previous experience of contentious insolvency would be highly desirable, although not essential
• You will be highly organised and have a strong desire to learn
• You will be a team player
• You will be an excellent communicator
