An opportunity has arisen for a senior private client solicitor/legal executive to join a team in Leek. If you are a senior private client solicitor seeking a part-time position, this could be the role for you. This role will require running a caseload and supervising junior members of staff! Part-Time days/hours can be offered along with parking.
The Department
Our client is a supportive and friendly firm in Staffordshire with an extremely high staff retention rate. They have several offices, and the private client team has a senior member who oversees the department along with a chartered legal executive, a newly qualified solicitor and a trainee.
The Role
This role has arisen as there is a need for another member of staff in the Leek office to support the more junior members of the team and run their own private client caseload of wills, probate and estate administration, including some agricultural and high net worth estates and court of protection work.
The Person
Our client is seeking a private client solicitor with around 7 plus years’ experience. This may suit a working parent looking to work around children, or somebody looking to reduce their hours/days.
The firm offers a supportive and friendly culture with the ability to work full or part-time. They are not a target driven firm, so this may suit somebody who wants to work in a more relaxed environment.
