This global conglomerate is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team in London, working on a hybrid basis. The company's main areas of business are technology, IT solutions, and energy.
Responsibilities:
Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a range of commercial contracts, including supply, distribution, services (including IT/business process outsourcing), e-commerce, manufacturing, franchising, agency, and software developmentDevelopment of junior team members through effective supervision, coaching and mentoringEnsuring ongoing data protection compliance across the business in EMEA
- The Candidate -
The successful candidate will be 2 - 4 PQE, ideally with experience gained in-house in the technology sector. Any experience with non-contentious IP work, GDPR, technology agreements, or the training of junior team members will be highly beneficial.
