THE ROLE

The highly regarded Knowledge function is looking to hire a financial services regulatory lawyer.

The London financial services team comprises both contentious and non-contentious lawyers working with risk and compliance professionals and government relations and public policy strategists.

The work includes:

Drafting material for external or internal publications.

Carrying out analysis of latest developments in the areas of focus of the role and ensuring dissemination of knowledge, internally and externally.

Providing knowledge support to London business development initiatives, including supporting client campaigns and initiatives

Advising lawyers and discussing the legal issues which they face in their transactions and matters, and providing assistance to lawyers in their research.

Maintaining and drafting precedents and practice notes

Planning, organising, preparing and delivering legal and industry focused training to fee earners and clients.

THE CANDIDATE

An experienced financial services lawyer, you will have experience in or interest in the collation, storage and delivery of knowledge as well as project management and business development.
