The Role

The firm are looking for a Commercial Solicitor (NQ) to join their flourishing Newcastle office in the heart of the city.

You will work with a high qualify client base from a range of different sectors including retail, digital and technology.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a strong network of client contacts as you will develop a close day to day working relationship with clients and become the key point of contact with both internal and external client contacts.

Your caseload will involve advising on a broad range of commercial contracts and projects including manufacture, distribution, sale and purchase and ecommerce and IP matters.

Requirements

• You will be a Newly Qualified Commercial Solicitor
• You will have experience from your training contract in commercial contracts gained at a respected commercial practice
• You will have a strong technical knowledge and good communication skills
