Litigation Solicitor

This London-based law firm, legal 500 ranked, are looking for a Litigation Solicitor to join a dedicated and established team in the flamboyant West End. This role comes with genuine prospects for partnership. This firm like to grow organically and promote from within, which is demonstrated through 11 out of the 14 Partners being homegrown.

Located just a short walk from the wonderful Fleet Street, this impressive practice is on the rise in the fields of real estate, corporate/commercial and commercial litigation. This litigation solicitor opportunity will have you based in a dynamic and well-managed department where vast care is taken to manage the well-being of all employees.

Focusing on long-term relationships with clients, they deal with large institutions on complex transactions, entrepreneurial businesses, and individuals on domestic and international matters.

The Role

The firm is looking for a Litigation Solicitor in their flourishing West End office.

You will be working in a busy litigation team, supporting 3 market-leading partners. The department deals with a broad range of disputes including but not limited to; commercial disputes, shareholder disputes, property litigation and professional negligence.

You will have support from 2 NQ's, a legal executive, a trainee and paralegals. They are looking for someone who is able to hit the ground running, take over a busy caseload and help with driving the department forward.

Requirements:

• You will be a litigation solicitor with 3-5 years PQE
• You will have experience in the following Litigation areas - general commercial experience, shareholder disputes, property litigation, professional negligence
• You will have experience in dealing with a busy caseload and assisting junior fee earners

Salary & Benefits:

• The firm pays above market rate and the overall package will be dependent on experience
• Hybrid working - 2 days in office
