The role of Legal Counsel will have the following responsibilities:- Drafting, negotiating and advising on:
- commercial contracts for suppliers, agencies and software;
- marketing law (terms and conditions, promotions and advertising campaigns);
- consumer contracts;
- technology projects; and
- user experience advice.
- Being able to effectively manage a range of stakeholders across various parts of the business;
- Instructing and managing external lawyers;
- Initiation and implementation of working practices aimed at improving the provision of legal support;
- Creating template documents and processes as necessary;
- Training and development for internal clients;
Profile
Suitable candidates for this role of Legal Counsel will have the following skills and qualifications:
- Qualified Solicitor in the UK or relevant jurisdiction.
- Broad commercial lawyer.
- NQE - 5 Years PQE.
