THE ROLE
In a team handling varied and high quality work to include: estate and inheritance tax planning advice; the administration of estates of varying degrees of complexity; advising on cross border issues; the creation, administration and taxation of trusts; advising on and drafting wills; advising on mental capacity issues.
THE CANDIDATE
A highly motivated NQ-2pqe Private Client lawyer who can demonstrate experience of a wide range of private client work and a keen desire to develop their knowledge and practice.
The firm has an agile working policy which includes working from home for up to 40% of working time each month.
