Our client - a global Network and Technology Services business are seeking an Interim Corporate Lawyer for 6-12 weeks. The role would be to start ASAP working alongside 3 members of the legal team.
Candidates must be at least 5 years PQE and have a thorough Corporate Law background working on deals with Multi-jurisdictions. Previous experience working on Mergers & Acquisitions - negotiating deal documents is essential.
The role will operate on a hybrid basis 2-3 days per week in the companies East London offices.
Ideal industry experience would be telecommunications or technology.
