An elite global law firm client is looking to hire corporate lawyers with first-rate public M&A experience, to support its busy and award-winning Corporate practice based in London.

The role will cover a broad range of corporate matters, focusing on public M&A transactions. These matters will include advising bidders and target companies in public takeovers and many more.

The firm has a premium client base, offering its lawyers the best quality of work and a first-rate training programme. The new hire will work closely with market-leading partners on some of the most complex transactions in the market.

The ideal candidate will have trained at a rated corporate practice in the UK and will have between 3-7 years of relevant public M&A experience. Experience of transactions in UK takeover, outstanding academics and a stable career record are required.
