Commercial Property Solicitor | London | Salary Dependent on Experience 

An entrepreneurial firm are seeking a 2-4 years PQE Commercial Property Solicitor to join a well-regarded and entrepreneurial firm currently experiencing impressive growth in their commercial property division. 

The Firm: 

• Acting for commercial and residential investors, developers, property companies, restaurants and retailers amongst other large corporations, the work involved in with this position is diverse and interesting
• The track record for their property team is second to none and have a great reputation for being amongst the most experienced and knowledgeable on London's uniquely challenging, fast-moving property market
• The department's capabilities have been consistently recognised by the Legal 500 which notes that the property team represents a number or prominent tenants in the office, hotel, retail and leisure sectors spreading its expertise beyond the capital to other major cities

To Succeed as the new Commercial Property Solicitor: 

• 2-4 years PQE qualified in England and Wales with experience of commercial property post qualification required 
• Candidates slightly more senior will be considered
• Bright, articulate, hard-working and friendly 
• Must have high attention to detail
• Should have decent IT skills to use case management system
• Ability to meet the deadlines
