Opportunity for an RTA fee earner or experienced paralegal to join this well established local practice and manage your own caseload of RTA matters. BOTH qualified & non-qualified fee earners will be considered for these roles. Ideally you will have gained experience of managing your own caseload and be comfortable working without supervision.
This role requires you to have dealt with the OIC Portal as you will be progressing claims on & off the Portal, so Litigation experience will also be required. You will be expected to deal with a full caseload of up to 200 files and manage the claims from cradle to grave, as well as this you will be dealing with issues such as liability disputes and quantum disputes.
This firm have planned for steady growth over the next 5 years and have recently received an influx of cases to sustain 2 new Fee Earners. There is a clear direction & growth plan laid out with this firm and a stable work environment can be provided.
BONUS - You will be able to earn a significant bonus on top of your earnings as this company have introduced a new scheme that allows staff to earn an average of £500 - £1000 extra per month.
