Commercial Property Solicitor - Locum, Hampshire, 3+ PQE. A well-regarded firm are looking for an experienced Commercial Property Locum to provide holiday cover for 2 weeks commencing on the 12th of September. Further cover is also needed in October, November and December.

SALARY: £35.00 - £45.00 per hour
OVERVIEW:
This role would suit a Commercial Property Solicitor able to handle a varied caseload with minimal supervision. You will liaise closely with the team, providing an excellent and responsive service to clients in all commercial property matters. The appointed Commercial Property Locum will have experience of working in a busy environment and be able to contribute from day one. Legal secretary support will be provided. This role will require the successful candidate to work from the client’s office in Hampshire.
THE CANDIDATE:
Applications are welcomed from qualified Solicitors with a minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Commercial Property. You will have the ability to manage an existing caseload, work under pressure to meet tight deadlines and be very self-motivated to ensure the best service is delivered to our client. You should possess excellent client care skills and the ability to communicate well with colleagues and clients alike.
