Residential Conveyancer, Surrey – A fabulous opportunity for an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join this friendly law practice which is well established in the local area and looking to expand their team. 

JOB TITLE: Residential Conveyancer
LOCATION: Surrey
SALARY: £35,000 - £55,000 (DOE)

THE ROLE:
Working with two Partners and two Fee Earners, the appointed Conveyancer will take responsibility for their own busy caseload, dealing with all aspects of residential conveyancing, with the possibility of taking on some commercial property moving forward. You will be dealing with freehold and leasehold residential sales and purchases, lease extensions, transfers of equity, Help to Buy, Shared Ownership and staircasing, re-mortgages and new build purchases. This role is predominantly office based five days a week but may be some flexibility to work from home.

THE CANDIDATE:
You will be a methodical worker with the ability to prioritise and operate within strict deadlines, so strong organisational and communication skills are a necessity. A strong knowledge and proven experience within the residential property field is essential and some knowledge of commercial property would be an advantage.
