Commercial Property Solicitor, Bedfordshire – An opening has become available for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join a dynamic local law firm offering a competitive salary. 
JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE: 2+ years
LOCATION: Bedfordshire
SALARY: c£40,000 - £45,000 DOE

THE ROLE:
Reporting to the Supervising Partner, the successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a solid background in commercial property. This will include acquisitions and disposals, creating and renewing business leases on behalf of both landlords and tenants, lease extensions, right to buy, right to acquire and experience in both agricultural land and development would be useful (but not essential).

THE CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 2+ years’ PQE and have proven experience of handling your own caseload and generate fees in accordance with agreed targets together with the ability to adhere to and manage deadlines. Up to date knowledge and skills in compliance, with continuing professional development, CQS and internal training expectations. Case management experience is desirable but not essential. Strong drafting and writing skills, together with excellent communication and technical ability is essential in order to deliver outstanding client care in accordance with SRA.
