Opportunity has arisen for an experienced fee earning Housing Paralegal to work for a growing Legal 500 law firm based in Winchester, Hampshire. This is a key role where my client are an established, highly respected law firm who are looking for Paralegal to join this busy Housing department. They act for a wide range of long standing clients in both the public and private sector. You will run a full caseload of files from instruction through to conclusion (supervised) with support throughout the team.
The role responsibilities include:
In order to apply for the role you MUST have 2+ years’ Property Law experience for your CV to be considered.

- Working to a chargeable hours target
- Drafting general correspondence and documents;
- Preparing and drafting reports to the client;
- Speaking with clients
