Corporate Associate 3PQE+ Nottingham

National firm has a new opening to suit an experienced associate to join their successful corporate team based in Nottingham.

Our client has an excellent Corporate team with a focus on handling high value corporate M&A, private equity and financing transactions on behalf of major listed businesses, PLCs, owner managed businesses, partnerships and entrepreneurial start-ups.

The firm is now keen to appoint an experienced associate with a minimum of 3-4 years corporate transactional experience. This role would suit a corporate lawyer practising in the local East Midlands market and/or an individual with plans to relocate to the locality from another centre or London. The firm can also offer a blended approach to office/home working which is hoped will appeal to lawyers in the post-pandemic world.

With experience gained working in another recognised corporate firm, you will have proven technical skills and a track record of being involved on good sized transactions. This is a key role offering a strong platform for future career progression, as well as an excellent competitive rewards structure.
