Key responsibilities of the Construction Litigation Solicitor includes:
- Providing specialist advise on major commercial, industrial, retail, energy and hotel and leisure projects
- Providing specialist advise on large engineering schemes and infrastructure projects
- Providing advise on complex international disputes
- Conducting legal research
- Working collaboratively with clients and other team members
