We have an exciting opportunity for a Conveyancing Executive with a top 100 law firm based in Guildford. This role is a fixed term contract for 15 months role starting immediately.

Description
The key responsibilities for the Conveyancing Executive vacancy are as follows:
- Issuing and drafting of contract papers
- Handling pre contract enquiries and progressing transactions
- ensuring clients are updated on progress
- dealing with completions and exchanging contracts + full conduct of transactions
- engrossing, drafting and completing leases and transfers
- handling the drafting completion and financial statements
- closing files, invoicing and dealing with balances of accounts
- adding reports and data onto case management system and maintaining spreadsheets
Profile
The successful candidate must have worked in a similar role (Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer), preferably in a developmental sales environment.
