The client is a market leading New York headquartered law firm and they are recruiting a Business Intake Specialist into their risk team in London.
Description
The key responsibilities for the Business Intake Specialist will include:
- ensuring high quality standard of information for all new business matters
- deep knowledge of conflict rules and client regulations
- making sure client matter information is accurate and complete
- processing and monitoring requests that come into the business intake team
- monitoring and preparing submissions that require additional screening/approval
Profile
The successful candidate will be a Business Intake Specialist at a similar law firm or a conflicts professional. The client will also consider qualified lawyers with transferable skills and a keen interest in pursuing a career in risk.
Candidates from financial services backgrounds may also be considered depending on their level of conflicts knowledge.
