The company:

Pure Search are working with a global financial bank seeking a qualified solicitor with a Leveraged Finance background.

The role:

  • Review leveraged loan agreements, intercreditor agreement and security documents
  • Advise on leveraged loan transaction structures
  • Advising on UK and European leveraged loan portfolio related issues,
  • Advising on leveraged loan restructurings
  • Advising on regulatory issues relating to leveraged finance

About you:

This is an excellent opportunity for a 3 years plus finance lawyer with a Leveraged Finance background seeking an In House move. Applicants are expected to be confident and articulate with outstanding academics and credentials.
