Restructuring Solicitor (NQ)

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join a large, Legal 500 firm ranked highly across the majority of their sectors in their Restructuring and Insolvency team. This opportunity would suit a junior lawyer or a determined NQ willing to hit the ground running working on complex and high-profile matters.

The ideal candidate will be newly qualified and will be excited about working on a range of both contentious and non contentious work within corporate, finance and real estate teams, amongst others. You will be delivering advice to stakeholders in difficult situations, including lenders, investors, corporates, directors and individuals, in addition to acting for insolvency practitioners.

Literacy in aspects of solvent restructuring, refinancing and insolvency proceedings would be ideal - previous work experience being beneficial but great exposure is ideal too - this is a junior role!

The ideal candidate will have have completed a seat in transactional insolvency work in a commercial firm or in-house legal team; be a team player, able to forge strong working relationships with colleagues in an agile environment.
