PROPERTY DISPUTES SOLICITOR (CHARITIES) - LEGAL 500 - 2+ PQE - DEVON/SOMERSET
We are working alongside a fantastic Legal 500 firm who are actively looking for an additional specialist Property Disputes lawyer to join their highly regarded charity property team in Devon or Somerset.
This is a rare and exciting opportunity to work within a positive, supportive and ambitious work environment and a team who have established a leading national reputation as experts in resolving property related disputes for high-profile charities across the UK.
The successful candidate will be working with experienced and expert charity property colleagues on a wide range of property litigation and problem solving in those contexts: title queries, lost deeds, third party rights, landlord and tenant, overages and professional negligence. In this role, you will be working within an innovative environment where being proactive and forward thinking on behalf of the clients is actively promoted.
This is a fantastic springboard for the right candidate, the role comes with real potential for career progression and development as you will be working with some of the most highly regarded lawyers in the area for charity legal services.
The ideal candidate will be 2+ years PQE with experience across a variety of Property Litigation matters and potentially some previous exposure to contentious probate matters and /or charity (though not essential).
