A national firm held in the highest of regard for its Personal Injury and Insurance offering has an exciting opportunity for a confident and capable RTA Litigation Executive or Paralegal to join its award-winning claimant RTA Litigation department.
The department has a fantastic reputation and provides their insurer clients with the highest level of service. They are known across the country for their high-quality work achieved within a friendly, vibrant, and supportive working environment.
Working out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool within their fast-track Litigation department, acting on your own caseload of litigated fast track RTA claims from instruction through to completion (settlement or trial as necessary). You'll have a sound understanding of the litigation process and procedures, be able to deal with liability disputes and consistently deliver the highest level of service for your clients.
